Based in the Westcountry, Denstone Construction are
specialists in the use of Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) and
are also manufactures of bespoke
joinery. We are also able to offer a number of other
service such as renovation work, restoration
projects and pouring of concrete pads.
Using ICF (Euromac 2) in place of a conventional brick
build,
three or four experienced operators can complete the walls of
an average sized, bungalow in just one
day, with roof laying able to commence the
following day.
We are the only company who offer a complete
service for people who wish to build in ICF.
Self-builds: Along with supplying the product
we provide practical advice and are able to offer full support during your build, when we will do as much or as little as you require
of us. We will train you or your builder in all
aspects of ICF construction and with as little as 1
days basic training you we be able to start
construction of your dream home. We also offer
technical support on all products we supply.
Specialist-builds: Because of the
versatility of ICF Denstone Construction have been
able to constructed every kind of property
imaginable. From underground houses built into the
side of hills to £1,000,000 mansion, from blocks of
holiday apartments to two bed starter homes (we even
have a special block for building swimming pools.)

We as a company are committed to finding a solution to the problem of providing affordable housing for today's youngsters and people on low incomes. We feel that this is a viable option both economically and ecologically. We are committed to finding alternative solutions to our energy requirements in the future. We are currently installing Ground Source Heat Pump systems to operate under floor heating and this provides a viable alternative to fossil fuels. Also solar panels to either pre heat or fully supply hot water for domestic systems. We have excellent sources for these products and would be glad to advise and supply to any specification or requirements.
