We can construct extensions using all of the systems described on our website regardless of what the existing building is made from. Most extensions are designed to stand alone from existing structures which gives us the opportunity to make them as energy efficient as possible.

Many of the systems we use are classed as energy saving materials, if they are installed by us into renovations and extensions they may be eligible for a VAT reduction; normally down to 5%.

All of the systems we use are direct replacements for conventional building materials; all follow on work such as plaster boarding, rendering and roofing can be carried out in the usual way, with standard materials. What this means is you can have high specification walls roof or floors but retain the buildings current appearance.

In most circumstances the systems you choose will not affect your planning approval.

The systems you choose are only relevant when building regulations are applied for; this is when the methods of construction must be specified so that building control know how the building is to be constructed, this is usually done after planning consent is given..

All of the systems we supply have full BBA, BRE or BM Trada approval and are recognised by the NHBC and Premier Guarantee as suitable building systems.
