Based in the West Country, Denstone Construction & Joinery are specialists in the use of Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF’s) and are manufacturers of bespoke joinery. We also offer a number of other services such as renovation and restoration of existing buildings and excavation and installation of concrete foundations, rafts and slabs.












Denstone Construction & Joinery is a family run firm which has continued to expand since it was founded in 2004. We see ourselves as a modern company incorporating many traditional building skills and trades while at the same time utilising the latest technologies available.

Denstone Construction & Joinery was born out of it’s founder Steve Denton’s vision to help his sons build there own homes.  Affordable property in the West Country was scarce and overpriced; this combined with the large amount of second home owners in the region meant it was impossible for any of his sons to purchase there own homes. While at a trade show Steve was introduced to Styrostone an insulated concrete formwork (ICF) system and was convinced that ICF’s were the solution to affordable housing.

Denstone Construction & Joinery is the UK main distributor of Euromac 2, an ICF with a vast range of products and building solutions.

We are also specialist installers of ICF’s and have many years experience combining them with other products and materials to produce very energy efficient and airtight buildings.

We have a team of highly skilled ground workers who are available to excavate and install footings and reinforced concrete rafts/slabs.

Denstone Construction & Joinery specializes in bespoke projects and has supplied and fitted joinery for listed buildings, conservation projects and local government buildings. We manufacture purpose made joinery and machined hardwoods and softwoods from our base in Holsworthy, Devon.

We work frequently with self builders and developers and can offer supply only or full installation of our products.

We are specialist designers and manufacturers of purpose made staircases combining traditional features with contemporary products and designs.
